Advanced Computer Tech Support was established in 2000; in response to businesses
occasional need to have a full range of computer systems support options at their disposal.
Our five goals:
- Listen to our customers’ concerns, and provide friendly and courteous service.
- Provide accurate, reliable, and effective solutions for Pc & Network issues.
- Provide experienced computer support persons to resolve any repair issue.
- Provide onsite support services on a convenient, preventative, and as-needed basis.
- Satisfy each customer's computing needs correctly and cost effectively every time.
These goals were implemented to allow businesses the ability to have properly maintained and supported computer systems, thereby avoiding high overhead costs (i.e. salary expense, health/medical benefit contributions, leave time expense, unemployment tax, workmans' comp. insurance, etc.) from staffing full-time IT persons.
Having met these goals, we have been very well received by our customers. As a result, we expanded our services to provide quality computer support services to both residential and home-based businesses too. Due to numerous referrals from our many happy clients, our computer support service continues to thrive and grow in great demand.

The Technician was very friendly, courteous, and very understanding. I explained my situation and was informed the Tech would be out that same day at 11:00am. I wasn't expecting such a quick response, but at 11:00am he was here! I received a repair estimate and the computer was repaired that same day. Also, he informed me of some changes that would help my computer run better. The changes he made have changed my computer and it runs beautifully now. I am, and have recommended Computer Tech Support to many of my family and friends having computer problems. Their Computer Technicians are fine, friendly, and knowledgeable people who take their time to work with the customer.
